[Stk] new releases of RtAudio and RtMidi

Nice work! Are you going to include this in the STK? I was thinking of adding the RtAudio and RtMidi files myself in my git repo, but documentation would then be kind of out of sync.
BTW, in RtMidi there are 2 new files in the "include" folder - should this be put in the "include" folder (the one holding the STK header files), or the "src\include" folder (with the asio related files)?
