[PlanetCCRMA] Getting started

Actually, it appears to be a very good solution so far.

I've done the modifications to the apt files, done the 'apt-get update' step
and have obtained the repository database.

NOTE: There is a spelling error on a file name. Search for 'lisp' - should
be 'list'

I'm doing apt-get dist-upgrade now. I'll check in later.
