Removed references to JACK from the SPEC. It built and installed fine (I
use that term loosely as there have been dependancy problems with
'planetccrma-core' etc. due to the order I've done things in, but
nothing a --force --nodeps won't fix ;) )

I've just put the JACK RPM's on, as well as libsndfile. As the test box
is a 150Mhz screamer, I'll let you know later how I go.
