It depends on how much traffic this generates... on one hand usually
specific programs have their own mailing lists, but on the other hand a
little discussion about the apps and music here would not hurt (as
opposed to just announcing upgrades _or_ downgrades :-) ;-) :-)

The page for ZynAddSubFX is located at sourceforge, I think it is easy
to create mailing lists for the projects hosted there (although I have
never used their services). That might be a better forum for specific
discussions.
