[PlanetCCRMA] living on the (planet)edge: new kernel and alsa

Hi all, another update for those living on the (planet)edge. I have
build the first 2.4.21 kernel with very few changes from the last edge
kernel based on 2.4.21-rc7. So the stay on the edge will be short lived.
I want to install it in several machines here at ccrma to check it and
after that I'll move it to the normal repository. 

There's also a new alsa with just a tiny fix to the alsasound script
(the location of the dev files is not longer /proc/asound/dev but just
/dev/snd/). Alsa packages were also built for the redhat caps enabled
kernel (2.4.20-18.1.caps).
