[PlanetCCRMA] updated: zynaddsubfx, denemo, menus, jamin; added bitscope, liblo

Hi, some long delayed updates:

* zynaddsubfx updated to version 2.0.0-0.pre2.1. This is a prerelease
  with a new synthesis method added (and many fixes). Old patches may
  sound different because of internal changes. So I added a backwards
  compatibility package (zynaddsubfx1 and zynaddsubfx1-doc) that you can
  install explicitly to use the old synth (the command for the old
  version is "/usr/bin/zynaddsubfx1"). 
* denemo updated to version 0.7.2a.
* planet CCRMA meta packages and menus updated
* bitscope added (version 1.1-1), this lets you analyse the explicit bit
  patterns and types of floating point numbers being passed around in a
  Jack system. 

And some updates I did not announce:
* jamin updated to version 0.9.0-1 final.
* liblo added (version 0.8-1).
