Heh heh.  I had the exact same problem last week and it took some mulling over the mkisofs docs to figure out that the little dot in the instructions was the pathspec, and not just a period.  Duh.  And then I had to re-burn the CDs because the first time it just burned the iso image as a file.  Oops.  Well, being pretty new to Linux and pretty new to lisp and totaly new to CM/CLM, the learning curve has been like a brick wall.  But lots of fun.  Thank you to Fernando and anyone else involved in putting PlanetCCRMA together.  I expect I'll being asking lots of questions here in the future.
