Hmmm, not really, the onset times of all notes are not tied to the
sampling rate but to the alsa midi sequencer sending midi to qsynth
(which does not depend on sampling rate). All notes will be higher or
lower in pitch and slightly shorter or longer than what they should be,
but the timing should be the same.
