[PlanetCCRMA] Duplex printing on FC3

Hi,

I tried a few times to sign up on the Fedora mailing list, but these attempts
have been no-ops. Therefore, I will ask here.

I run the latest Planet FC2 on my laptop and FC3 on my workstation. I access a
networked HP Laserjet 5100 through printer definitions identically created via
the System_settings->Printer Gnome interface. I set the Duplex setting on both
to the Long-edge flavor. When I print on FC3, the duplex setting is ignored,
but when I print on FC2, it works.

The FC2 CUPS version, according to apt-cache is:

Package: cups
Versions:
1:1.1.20-11.11(/var/state/apt/lists/ccrma.stanford.edu_planetccrma_apt_fedora_2_i386_base_pkglist.updates)(/var/lib/rpm/Packages)
1:1.1.20-6(/var/state/apt/lists/ccrma.stanford.edu_planetccrma_apt_fedora_2_i386_base_pkglist.core)

The FC3 version is:

Package: cups
Versions:
1:1.1.22-0.rc1.8.5(/var/state/apt/lists/ccrma.stanford.edu_planetccrma_apt_fedora_3_i386_base_pkglist.updates)(/var/lib/rpm/Packages)
1:1.1.22-0.rc1.8(/var/state/apt/lists/ccrma.stanford.edu_planetccrma_apt_fedora_3_i386_base_pkglist.core)

Is anyone else having this kind of trouble with the latter version? Does anyone
know to whom I should complain, given that I cannot sign up for the Fedora
mailing list?

Thanks,

/ken
