I have not done one for a while. It would not be hard to build one (I
think) if there is demand, and there is now :-) I don't know if there
would be any advantages in terms of latecy, but the kernel itself would
be newer and have less bugs.... hopefully :-)

Not by me so far. I think some people have reported success on the list.
I have to do tests and see what happens and try to document the process
but well, not much free time for now.
