I have no problems like that. Have you saved settings:

1) Turn channels down as you need
2) Save the settings in a file
3) Set that file as default

Once this is done it's worked correctly for me for at least 18 months
I think. Anyway, no problems like that.

This might also be a firmware issue. Check into what version of the
onboard firmware you're running and whether Thomas supports it in the
Linux driver.
