OK, I've found the files, specifically the /etc/yum.repos.d/planetccrma.repo
which appears to be the only relevant repo file - there was no
planetccrma-devel.repo file. However, there isn't a planetccrma-devel
section anywhere so far as I can see; there's:
-planetccrma
-planetcore
-planetextras
-planetos
sections.

Presumably I need to tell yum where to find the planetccrma-devel repo?

consider it F R'd! I'm guessing I don't need to go down the kernel
compile route, just the kernel modules route.

Thanks for your help so far,
