Yes, The only configuration program I found was KDE Control panel. It
doesn't allow you to choose the default card though. :(

What I did find in a google search is what I would think is a "quick and
dirty fix":

I edited my grub menu.lst from:
title PlanetCCRMA Fedora 7 (Kernel 2.6.22.6-1.rt9.3)
	root (hd0,0)
	kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.22.6-1.rt9.3.fc7.ccrmart ro root=LABEL=/ rhgb quiet
	initrd /initrd-2.6.22.6-1.rt9.3.fc7.ccrmart.img

to:
title PlanetCCRMA Fedora 7 (Kernel 2.6.22.6-1.rt9.3)
	root (hd0,0)
	kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.22.6-1.rt9.3.fc7.ccrmart ro snd-intel8x0 index=0
snd-emu10k1 index=1  root=LABEL=/ rhgb quiet
	initrd /initrd-2.6.22.6-1.rt9.3.fc7.ccrmart.img

This "seems" to work. I rebooted twice after making the change to be sure
that it wasn't a fluke, and it seems to be working. I ran the KDE "Control
Panel" and tested the audio from there with the line in on the ICH6 muted
and I could hear the audio fine. I also tried setting the volume to 0 just
to be sure it wasn't playing through both. 

Thanks for the help. Perhaps I should install Gnome for future problems (If
any) :P

Oh, also I noticed that Qsynth reverts to the GM piano when I click play in
rosegarden. 
ex.: Channel 1 set to guitar.sf2    when I click play, Qsynth reverts to
Channel 1 set to piano1
This happens within the same soundfont and betwen different ones. 

By the way, Great job on the new release! 
I rarely use anything but Rosegarden (and the external notation editor),
Qjackctrl, Qsynth, and Hydrogen, but the new kernel seems snappier :-)
will you be adding Qamix to the FC7 repo? I love that mixer :-P
