[PlanetCCRMA] installing FreeVerb and updates...

I was wondering how to install, if it is possible, Freeverb through
CCRMA. Also, was wondering how to update programs to the latest
version? For instance if I wanted to upgrade Ardour to the latest
version how would I do that?

I have never tried updating before or installing separate packages
that do not come with CCRMA originally. Thanks for any help.
