It isn't. I'm attempting to install it manually based on the assumption
that it's contents differ in some meaningful way from those of the
standard kernel-headers package, and that any modules compiled against
the standard headers would have been broken with respect to the RT
kernel. Your explanation below tells my that this assumption is wrong.
If the contents aren't different than those in the standard kernel
headers package, and if no other packages in ccrma depend on it, I would
pull it from the repo. No package from Fedora-proper will ever depend
on it, so it can't serve its intended function.

I'll try this and report back with the results. Thanks for taking the
