[PlanetCCRMA] Basic Newbie stuff

Thanks Fernando!

This has been an ongoing project for a couple of days now.  Suddenly the 
progress is amazing.  After removing pulseaudio completely (as far as I 
can tell), I grabbed the binary to Niels's Mudita24 and replaced my 
envy24control.  At some point, a reboot and suddenly everything works.

All of a sudden, Alsa Mixer sees the entire card along with the 
enhancements that Niels has made to the envy24control file.

This machine won't spend that much time surfing, but it seemed as though 
it should be able to play the odd flash file every now and then.  My son 
does quite a bit of flash animation online and it's important to me to 
be able to see them whenever I want a laugh or need a break.

Again, thanks to all for the help!  Thanks to Geoff for the suggestion 
to remove Pulseaudio.  It appears I don't need it.

Thanks Niels for the enhancements to envy24control.  I only have one 
question.  Is there any way to gang the analog volume settings?  If not, 
could you consider that in the next version?
