Yep, f13 has everything you need.

SuperCollider is a language and you probably need a text editor. You
can choose Emacs or Gedit for now.
Eclipse and Kate are options in development.

For Emacs:

yum install emacs supercollider-world

then put
(require 'sclang)

in ~/.emacs

then:
a) emacs -sclang

OR:

b) inside emacs: M-x sclang-start

Yes, it comes with a lot of documentation. For installation the planet
ccrma site tells you how to get started.
