[PlanetCCRMA] hdspmixer still broken for Fedora 15

Though we corresponded on this problem on about 2/27/2011 and a fix for 
Fedora 14 was placed in the CCRMA testing repository (which fixed the 
problem for me at that time), I have now upgraded to Fedora 15 and 
hdspmixer is again failing as it did in February before the fix. Any 
help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

when hdspmixer is invoked from the command line as root the error 
response is brief:

# hdspmixer
