[Stk] STK and RtAudio update releases

A new release (4.1.1) of STK is now available at:

  http://www-ccrma.stanford.edu/software/stk/

The updates include:

 * Bug fix in RtAudio for Macintosh OS X and Windows ASIO duplex operation.
 * Windows ASIO fix in Stk.h.
 * Documentation updates.
 * Expanded tutorial.
 * Fixed RtDuplex omission in src Makefile. 


There is also a new release of RtAudio (2.1.1) at:

  http://www-ccrma.stanford.edu/~gary/rtaudio/

The updates include:

 * bug fix in duplex for Mac OS X and Windows ASIO code
 * duplex example change in tutorial

For CCRMA users, Nando will hopefully have the new distribution 
migrated to all computers by tomorrow.  Enjoy!
