[Stk] OS X - Missing "CoreAudio" on compile

Great, thank you Ge! That solved the problem. I did need Quicktime
SDK, also my significant other had downgraded Quicktime from 7.x to
6.5 ... long story.

I'm looking forward to developing with STK. I'm going to attempt to
integrate STK in a Cocoa application, which will eventually evolve
into a rather complex Cocoa application, I hope :) I'll send tales of
my progress to this list...
