Hello Hakan and Oded

Just spent last weekend working with the Quattro on a multi-channel
setup. Works on FC4 ~> FC6 with Fedora stock kernels and PlanetCCRMA rt
kernels. Yes, you need to specify the number of playback channels on
Qjackctl. Therefore try to use Qjackctl because it makes things a bit
easier.

I got better results with kernels newer than 2.6.16. Seems that there
are some bugs on uhci_hcd and ohci_hcd modules on 2.6.16. Also try not
to have a USB mouse at the same time because the driver doesn't like the
combination (bandwidth issues of course). I would imagine, it doesn't
like USB sticks and USB drives either. Furthermore stop jack (with
Qjacktl ) while doing processor intensive jobs like compiling and
copying files.

For hours I was able to work without system hangs using 16Bit 44.1 KHz
audio signals (knock on wood!).
